Life After Life by Dr. Raymond Moody
In Life After Life Raymond Moody investigates more than one hundred case studies of people who experienced "clinical death" and were subsequently revived.  First published in 1975, this classic exploration of life after death started a revolution in popular attitudes about the afterlife and established Dr. Moody as the world's leading authority in the field of near-death experiences.  Life after Life forever changed the way we understand both death -- and life -- selling millions of copies to a world hungry for a greater understanding of this mysterious phenomenon. The extraordinary stories presented here provide evidence that there is life after physical death, as Moody recounts the testimonies of those who have been to the "other side" and back.

Hello From Heaven! by Bill & Judy Guggenheim
"After-death communications," or "ADCs, " occur when someone is contacted spontaneously and directly by a deceased family member or friend, without the help of a Medium. The author's research shows that these spiritual experiences offer hope, love, and comfort for thousands of people. A study of After-Death Communication includes firsthand accounts of people who believe they have been contacted by deceased loved ones and provides messages of hope to bereaved survivors. Included are more than 350 first-hand accounts of those whose lives have been changed and even protected by messages or signs from the deceased.

You Are Psychic by Pete A Sanders Jr.
Written by an author with an extensive background in chemistry and brain science, this book demonstrates that extrasensory perception is deeply  embedded in psychological makeup. Everyone has occasional psychic experiences, but few people realize that it is possible to access E.S.P. on command. Using his extensive study of biomedical chemistry and brain science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Pete A. Sanders, Jr., has developed a method to show how we can tap into our psychic abilities at will to expand our knowledge and gain control of our destiny. By sharing the techniques that he and his instructors have taught to more than half a million people, You Are Psychic!

Journey of Souls by Dr. Michael Newton
Journey of Souls is a controversial yet inspiring investigation of the big question we all face at one point or another: "What happens after we die?" To find the answer, Newton opens cases from his private practice in which he hypnotically regressed his clients to a point between lives--after death, but before birth. Not only does Newton grapple with reincarnation, the spirit world, and the nature of the human soul, he also tackles equally sticky questions such as "Is there a Heaven and Hell?" and "What are ghosts?" Readers with a penchant for skepticism will balk at the lack of physical evidence to back up the claims in Journey of Souls, but the book remains a reassuring voice, affirming that our existence is not limited to the boundaries of our mortal flesh.

The Hidden Messages in Water by Masaru Emoto

The Hidden Messages in Water is an eye-opening theory showing how water is deeply connected to people's individual and collective consciousness. Drawing from his own research, scientific researcher, healer, and popular lecturer Dr. Masaru Emoto describes the ability of water to absorb, hold, and even retransmit human feelings and emotions. Using high-speed photography, he found that crystals formed in frozen water reveal changes when specific, concentrated thoughts are directed toward it. Music, visual images, words written on paper, and photographs also have an impact on the crystal structure. Emoto theorizes that since water has the ability to receive a wide range of frequencies, it can also reflect the universe in this manner.

Jesus and The Lost Goddess by Timothy Freke and Peter Gandy

Drawing on modern scholarship, the authors of the international bestseller The Jesus Mysteries decode the secret teachings of the original Christians for the first time in almost two millennia and theorize about who the original Christians really were and what they actually taught. In addition, the book explores the many myths of Jesus and the Goddess and unlocks the lost secret teachings of Christian mysticism, which promise happiness and immortality to those who attain the state of Gnosis, or enlightenment. This daring and controversial book recovers the ancient wisdom of the original Christians and demonstrates its relevance to us today. The book's great strength is that is "unifies" early Christian Gnostic thought, by identifying "common themes" that existed in all denominations of the Christian Gnostics, despite their "individual" differences.

There Is a River - The Story of Edgar Cacye by Thomas Sugrue

This is the complete, original biography of the best-documented psychic in America. It tells the story of how Edgar Cayce discovered his astounding psychic gifts and what led him to a life dedicated to helping others. Cayce’s "readings," given in a trancelike state, ranged from phenomenal medical cures to advice on spiritual growth, psychology, and the prophesy of world events. A philosophy section outlines Cayce’s revelations about our origin, purpose, and destinies on the earth, making this book a valuable resource. This book contains many photos of Edgar Cayce, his family, and close friends.

Embraced By The Light by Betty Eadie

An inspirational map of the afterlife framed in the moment of Eadie's death, and presents a possible answer to the big question, "Why are we here?" An easy read, its subtitle could have been "The Average Person's Guide to Near-Death Experiences." Although heavily filtered through Eadie's Christian worldview, her vision of the afterlife does not include a wrathful deity, but a figure of love and compassion. Some readers may find Eadie's repeated Christian references bothersome, and Embraced by the Light will undoubtedly raise a lot of questions along the lines of "What about reincarnation?" and "What happens to people who are not Christians?"

Many Lives Many Masters by Brian Weiss

Psychiatry and metaphysics blend together in this fascinating book based on a true case history. Dr. Weiss, who was once firmly entrenched in a clinical approach to psychiatry, finds himself reluctantly drawn into past-life therapy when a hypnotized client suddenly reveals details of her previous lives. During one hypnosis session his client introduces the spirit guides who have been her soul therapists in between lives. This is when the story really takes off for Weiss, who discovers that these guides have specific messages about his dead son as well as Weiss's mission in life. It tells a great story of our soul journey by the enormously popular speaker, author, and leader in the field of past-life therapy.

Hui Yin

The cerebrum controls most of our conscious activities where the medulla is the focal point of our autonomic nervous system which regulates our internal functions of the heart, breathing, etc.

Massage the Yuzhen 30 seconds to 1 minute. These are located at the base of the back of the head where it meets the neck.

You’ll shift the cerebral or conscious brain activity to the subconscious and intuitive side of the medulla.

There are two meridian pathways of energy in your body (both physical and spiritual).

The governing meridian (physical) travels up the spine, over the top of the head and down to the roof of your mouth.

The conception meridian (spiritual) travels up the front of your body and ending at the tip of your tongue.

At your root chakra is the Hui Yin point.

By stimulating this point it connects and bonds the conception and governing meridians and ACTIVATES THE THIRD EYE and intuition!

You connect these meridians by pressing the tip of your tongue gently against the roof of your mouth just behind your front teeth while envisioning white light traveling up and over these pathways, stimulating your root chakra.

This exercise is linking these two meridians and enhances objective (outer) and subjective (inner) vision of the ethereal plane zooming your vibrations like never before!

Follow the Moon Cycles

Each stage in the Moon's passage brings special energies, opportunities and awareness. Living in harmony with lunar cycles increases health, happiness and inner knowing. You already know how to celebrate the cycles of the Moon. Look within yourself and remember.

New Moon

The new moon is the beginning of the lunar cycle, and means that the moon is completely in line with the sun and the earth. We see a dark sky with no visible moon. It's a time of newness and rejuvenation. The new moon is the three days after the new face of the moon and also includes the day of the new face of the moon. Meditations: New beginnings of any sort, spiritual research, health, personal improvement, new employment.

Waxing Moon

The waxing moon is the period of time between the new moon and the full moon. Every night, the moon gets a little larger. Any meditative work that requires growth should be done now. This is a fantastic time to create a vision board! Meditations: Courage, motivation, inspiration, friendship, elemental magick, healing, prosperity.

Full Moon

This is a time when the moon is at its most powerful and potent. Performing any positive meditations at this time will achieve good results. Since the full moon only truly occurs for one night out of the entire lunar cycle, it can be hard to fit it into your schedule. You can harness the energy of the full moon for about 2 days before or after the night the moon is truly full.
Meditations: Artistic projects, love, romance, fertility, psychic abilities or making decisions. Also healing, guidance, and completion affirmations.

Waning Moon

The moon is waning as it gets smaller again, after the full moon. As the moon seems to disappear in the sky, use this time to do meditations to remove things from your life. The waning moon is a good time for the casting out of the old ways, banishing old habits, smoking, eating habits, the removal of troubles and worries. Make lists and tie up loose ends. Try not to let items go undone during this time period. The moon keeps moving even if you do not! Think of the “C” shape of the moon as a “C” for complete. Complete and finish projects or tasks of any kind during this time, whether, physical, emotional, or spiritual. You will work in better harmony with Mother Earth and the Universe by following the moon cycle thus affording her a larger opportunity to usher in the positive people and situations into your life she has worked so hard to line up for you! Meditations: Banishing bad habits, addictions, ending relationships, complete projects, release old ways, focus on laws of detachment.

Typically, there is one full moon every month, but since the lunar cycle is a bit shorter than our calendar months, there is sometimes two. The second full moon in any given month is called a blue moon.

Dark Moon

The Dark of the Moon (or Dark Moon) is traditionally the last three days of the Lunar cycle, immediately preceding the New Moon, and the time when the night sky is notably absent the presence of the Moon. The earliest peoples understood that the power of life lay in the darkness of the moon. The purpose of the dark phase of any cycle is that of transition between the death of the old and the birth of the new. The dark time is a time of retreat, of healing, and dreaming of the future…the fallow times preceding outbursts of creativity and growth…the calm before the storm. Most of us do not realize we all have many dark phase times in our lives, and that these are naturally occurring periods in any life cycle. We fail to understand that endings are the precursors to new beginnings; thus when our life rhythms move us into and through these dark phases, we are usually unaware of what is actually happening.  It is the grandeur of Death and Rebirth, not merely an ending with the proverbial ride off into the sunset. The dark phase of the cyclical process is a phase of healing and renewal rather than one of fear and unknowing; a time of mystery, wisdom, and healing power -- all gifts of the Dark Moon Goddess. There is less energy available for outer activities and meeting the expectations of others, because the purpose of the dark phase is for focusing on the inner dimensions of our bodies and minds. If we can learn to attune ourselves to the natural earth rhythms of ebb and flow in our lives, we can use the intrinsic function of the dark times for healing and renewal. When we resist this inward motion in our psyche, then anxiety, stress, and fear are more likely to take hold of our emotions. Meditations: Healing, renewal, psychic affirmations for purposeful outcomes. A good time to meditate on the inner self.

CURRENT MOON

Dreams

While we are awake, our brain is continually being bombarded with images, smells, sounds, tastes, new ideas, emotions, and so on. All that happens every minute of our life has to be sifted and filed appropriately. But when the brain is fully occupied, protecting and monitoring the body and its functions, it cannot immediately file everything that is happening. So it stores certain items until the body is at rest or sleeps, when further attention can be given to sorting out this other information. Some dreams are the events of the day running through our brain sorting out different purposes. Sometimes the events overlay each other and the dream is a confused mixture of many images. We all dream, but not all dreams are remembered. Sometimes we recall fragments, and sometimes the complete dream is remembered in detail. You can interpret dreams which stand out for their color, intensity, and impact. These include spiritual messages, past life recall, soul travel, and receiving visitors from the other side. You can also translate and analyze your dreams to find hidden fears and blockages in karma. A dream can vary from a factual report to a symbolic picture or combine fact and symbol and direct messages from our spirit guides.

Recurring Dreams

Dreams which recur can be preparation for a future event. If the dream is interpreted correctly so that its message is understood, it will likely stop. Recurring dreams can also be a sign of worry and confusion and are typically connected to emotional stress as an “indicator” that it’s time to slow down and re-examine what’s happening in your current life situation. Interpreting the dream will help you face the issue at hand and understand it.

Out-Of-Body Dreams

All people have a spirit which can leave its body while it sleeps. Some do this on rare occasions, while others do it very frequently. A dream of flying, being in another country or talking to another person who you know is far away are all likely to be out-of-body memories. A sudden waking with a heart jump and or dream of falling or spiraling down is a sign that a spirit has been out of its body while it sleeps.

Past Life Dreams

A person may remember a dream where they were living in a strange bygone time, usually wearing clothes from another century or even speaking a language they no longer understand. This is usually a sign that they have linked into one of their own past lives to regain knowledge by re-experience to assist them in their present existence. On some occasions, upon waking, they recall that they were in the past but as an observer of what was occurring. These observing dreams are to remind and recall a past life, but without the need to re-experience it. You should listen carefully so you can understand the link related to present issues.

Information Dreams

Some people go to sleep with questions or problems they cannot resolve. These dreams usually appear in a symbolic form which, when interpreted, will help them find the answers they need. It is possible to repeat a specific question in the mind just before going to sleep, and then dream the answer.

Visitor/Visiting Dreams

Spirits of those on the other side can visit a sleeping person and communicate via the spirit consciousness. The person visited will recall a feeling of someone having been in the room, and half remember conversations. It is possible, if we are worried about a person on earth, to ask our spirit to visit them. Many of these dreams occur just before waking, usually between three and five in the morning. In fact, some people are quite convinced they were awake during the whole experience. When the spirit returns you wake up because you are dehydrated. Out-of-body activity uses energy and the body fluids. It is advisable to place a drink by your bed each night and, when you wake at this early hour, sip it without disturbing your body too much. You will then go back to sleep. Those of you who find it hard to recall your dreams upon waking, can train yourselves to do so. Put a pad and pencil near your bed so that you can reach it easily. When you wake in the morning with the remembrances still present, avoid any thinking but just reach out and write down everything you can. If you allow your thought processes to begin you will activate your brain and immediately start forgetting. When you have written what you can, sip your drink and return to sleep. Even if you have had another dream, you will still remember something. If you get into the habit of writing down your dreams this way, you will gradually retain more information on your own in the morning.

Prayers

The following are just a few examples of the prayers you can incorporate into your visualized meditations. As with any spiritual dogma, the recital of a prayer should feel comfortable to the speaker. It should be spoken with meaning and not just as a group of words that come before or after a spiritual event. Your intent is what gives a prayer power, so keep a positive outlook and a loving thought in your heart as you recite the prayer. Use your own words or variations of these examples until you find the collection of words that feel the most comfortable for you.
