My quick workout plan is designed to help you push to your max without pounding your joints. You don’t need a single piece of equipment or a lot of space, so this "quiet cardio" routine is perfect to do at home or if traveling, in a hotel room. Sitting for long stretches with an empty mind doesn't get us there, but guided imagery we manifest on an intentional and regular basis does. It produces a shift within us, recognizable as we see over time our perspective and tastes change with what we "allow" in our lives. Disruptions and even the unavoidable life challenges become a breeze to handle. Being "in-tune" throughout the day and feeling more "present" is some of the many benefits you'll achieve AND the physiological effects; increased metabolism because of lowering biochemical by-products of stress, lowered heart rate and blood pressure and greater ease of respiration. Your ability to focus and concentrate, plan and enjoy positive feelings of bliss and self-love is your reward!

Focusing on Canons of Wellness, I'll teach you what I've learned using ten strong principles and areas of criteria essential and powerful in accomplishing blissful living. You'll begin with a wellness checkup to determine what contributes to your current lifestyle, while also determining what you'll want to change to create the life you desire. Understanding how the components of wellness are multi-faceted and then integrating these tools in daily routines to diminish the negative and glorify the positive, you'll bring about a transformation in lifelong struggles with weight loss, depression, anxiety, and interpersonal relationship challenges. Each week we gather together to discuss your growth and the changes which have occurred while receiving encouragement and support in your continuing goals.
The dedication you have to your own health and wellness will determine your success in a personal transformation. An average of 6 months in the Mind-Body-Spirit-Belief Challenge is typically long enough to see incredible improvements in all areas of your life. Most individuals at this level experience completely transformed lifestyles. One that produces meaningful results for inner peace and harmony, improved overall fitness and knowledgeable healthy eating habits that will last a lifetime!

*You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll. Telecources are not currently offered. The M-B-S-B Challenge is held in McKinney, Texas. Cancellations require a written request to withdraw (no reason necessary but I do prefer to know your thoughts for stepping away from the program.)
16 Simple Considerations for M-B-S Balance
Begin integrating these steps into your daily routine and see how they constructively impact your overall health.
1. Exercise - Find an exercise you enjoy and start doing it regularly, even if it's just jumping jacks.
2. Be grateful – Take a moment to make note, the things you have going for you and appreciate them. Write this in a daily journal if possible.
3. Get adequate rest - Sleep is regenerative for your body. Sleeping at the same relative time each night will create balance in the body “knowing” when to sleep and when to wake.
4. Breathe deeply - Whenever you think about it stop and take a deep breath. Over time this will become a healthy habit.
5. Install a shower filter - Chlorine is a poison. You don't want to inhale it or absorb it through your skin while showering.
6. Ground yourself - Literally. Plant your bare feet on the earth as often as possible.
7. Eat organic - Chemicals are killing pests on the crops. They are not good for you either.
8. Do more yoga - Great for the body and mind.
9. Smile more - It feels great and be sure to smile even when you don't want to. The feeling transcends in the mind to co-create more positive vibrations which in turn, attracts positivity in your life in both persons and situations.
10. Spend more time with loved ones - In our busy lives we need to make time for the people who matter to us most.
11. Live your passion - Do more of what you love. Make a date with yourself once a week and commit leisure time to feeding your soul.
12. Meditate - Set some time aside each day to rest your mind. If you are new to meditation, simply take 10 minutes a day to sit in silence. The mind balance achieved by this one simple action is priceless in “living in awareness”.
13. Drink clean water - Get a filtration system for your drinking water. Fluoride is not good for your body. Contemporary reports show our teeth are just fine without it!
14. Get outdoors more - Go for a hike, walk, or bike ride and enjoy. Connecting to nature energy helps us keep our sixth senses sharp and in-tune!
15. Eat plenty of greens - Dark leafy greens are rich in vitamins, minerals and chlorophyll. They help alkalize the body. This is important in our vibrational equilibrium – keeping the body and soul joined properly. WE ARE LIGHT ENERGY.
16. Listen to music - Music does soothe our soul so choose wisely a piece of music that is calming and yet enhances your creativity. Keep handy to listen to whenever you need a boost to your energy throughout the day. Create your own "mood tape".
